Shipping Policy

United States shipping only. We do not ship internationally at this time unfortunately.

USPS Priority: $5 - $9 (Depending on weight)

Free shipping on orders over $75

 1-3 business day shipping is our standard shipping option on all orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays.

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship on the following US holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve/ Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Columbus Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve/ Day

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number.


Return & Exchange Policy

Meeka will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the product(s) with proof of purchase, if the product was returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and unopened & in its original packaging.

All refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Product(s) may be exchanged for any product(s) up to the purchase value of the returned product(s). Any additional amount owing beyond the value of the returned product(s) must be paid by the customer.


How do I make a return?


Contact our team to request a return. To contact us, click here or email  at Please include your order number, name,  email & address used for the order. 

Upon receipt of a return request, our customer service consultants will let you know the following steps, which include shipping back your product(s) at your own expense. The team will give that shipping address then. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product(s) via the method of original payment. Please allow up to five (5) working days for the funds to present on a statement.

To exchange products, we request that you follow the same steps as a return but let the customer service consultant know what product(s) you are exchanging for. The new product(s) will be shipped out once we receive the original item(s).
